Step 1: 

• Login to your Email Provider

• Find the Email Invitation

  • This Email will come from OA Lodge 165 | Support | <support@ahcoa165.org> with the Subject: Order of the Arrow | Lodge TeamReach Access

    • • Will Look Like Photo 1

Step 2: 

• Locate the Group Code and copy or make a mental note of it.

Step 3: 

• Download TeamReach (If you have not done so already)

  • • TeamReach is available for download on both iOS and Android.

• Once downloaded locate the TeamReach App and open it.

• The app should Look like Photo 2 once open

Step 4: 

• Enter the Group Code from your email and tap the Join Button that appears 

Step 5: 

• Read Over TeamReach's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. 

• Tap "Agree & Continue" to accept the Terms of Service.

Step 6: 

• Age Verification 

  • Enter your Date of Birth and tap Continue 

    • (Photo 4)

Step 7: 

• After tapping Continue you will be asked how you would like to join this group. (Photo 5)

• You will see that you have four choices to choose from:

  • Email, Google, Facebook, or Apple

• The choice of how you setup your account is up to you but for this walkthrough we will use the Join with Email.

  • Note: If using any other way to join (Google, Facebook, or Apple) you can skip Step 8 and the Lodge asks that you use your Legal Name (No Nicknames) when setting it up your account, and if adding a photo of yourself to keep it scout-appropriate.

Step 8: 

• After tapping Join with Email you will have a new screen where you can fill in your Legal Name (No Nicknames), Phone, Email and Create a Password. You can also add a photo of yourself if you wish, we just ask that you keep it scout-appropriate. (Photo 6)

• Once everything is filled in Tap Continue

Step 9: 

• After tapping Continue you will get a message that your Group Membership is Pending Approval tap OK and wait for an Admin to Approve you

  1. • Note: It Could be a few minutes to a few hours depending on how busy they are.

Step 10: 

• After an Admin has approved you, your app will have our Lodge Group added (Photo 8)

• Tap on the group name.

• Congratulations you have joined our Lodge TeamReach Group

Step 11: 

Once the group is open you will see along the top a back arrow and name of the group and its code with a feature to share (don't share it) and a Gear Icon below those there are following Icons in Order Left to Right (Photo 9)

• Main Group Chat

• Calendar of Events

• Photos and Files

• List of Members

• Direct Messages - This feature is turned off 

The Gear icon (Top Right) is where you can change your notification settings for the group. (Photo 10)
