在長榮大學有許多從國外來此讀書的留學生。不論是台灣的環境、文化、語言等等，我們熟悉不過的台灣，對他們來說是最陌生的異鄉，留學過程中不免充滿挑戰。我們想幫助留學生們在陌生的環境中更方便且放心地慢慢適應新生活。 因此我們實施友善菜單計畫，期許透過菜單的翻譯讓外籍學生在長榮大學點餐時更方便。在陌生的國外看見較熟悉的語言一定會感到安心，更希望透過這友善菜單，讓來自國外的學生們能在長榮多一份歸屬感，也能放心的用餐，藉由美食來認識台灣。

In Taiwan, the environment, culture, and language are unfamiliar to foreign students, and the process of studying abroad is full of challenges. We hope to help they to be relaxed and convenient in an unfamiliar environment and to adapt to their new life. In order to achieve the goal, we implemented this plan. Make it easy for students from abroad to order meals and adapt to Taiwan through delicious food.
