COVID CONCERNS
We will do what we can to ensure swimmers and divers have a safe and fun swim season while following CDC guidelines.
People are at different comfort levels and have different circumstances regarding Covid. Coaches will do their part, but our athletes will need to do theirs. Children are social and need reminders. Our coaches will remind and do their best, but if this makes you uncomfortable we understand if you need to take a year off from summer swim and dive.

This is for our swimmers who may not be ready to swim in every meet but practice with the team. At our last home meet, July before the meet starts our Mini Orcas will be invited to swim one lap of the pool with all their Orca teammates cheering them on.

PPSL Finals Week

Finals week July 12th for swim and dive.
We (PPSL) are in the planning process for an in person, COVID safe finals. We will keep you notified as more information becomes available. This is a TENTATIVE schedule:
July 11th - PPSL B Dive Finals (Delhi in the morning)
July 12th - West Side Finals (formally known as B finals)
July 13 - 14 - PPSL Prelims and Finals (formally known as A finals)
July 15 - 16 - PPSL A Dive Finals (at Madeira)

Swim Meet Events 12 and under: no changes
Swim Meet events 13 and over: With the exception of 100 back and breast, they will be swum as 50s.
Divers will be judged by a panel of 3-5 judges and scores recorded/compiled as normal.
PPSL Records will NOT be recognized if they are broken this season, unless they are set at the Senior Meet.
Clubs can recognize team and pool records as they desire
