Orca Spotter does not collect, store, or share personal information.

• Location Data: The app may request access to your location to show nearby whale sightings. This data is used only on your device and is not stored or shared.
  
  

• Photos: If you choose to upload a photo of a whale sighting, the image is only used within the app for display. It is not shared outside the app unless you choose to.
  
  

• No Tracking: Orca Spotter does not use advertising identifiers or third-party trackers.
