This Privacy Policy explains how Orbix Game Team (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects user information when you access and use our mobile puzzle game Orbix (referred to as “the App”).
By downloading, installing, and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our App.
Orbix is a no-account casual puzzle game. We do not require user registration, login, or account creation, and we do not actively and directly collect any personal identifiable information, including but not limited to your full name, email address, phone number, residential address, or payment information.
To support in-app advertising, operational analytics, technical optimization, and stable service operation, the App may automatically collect non-identifiable and technical information through our authorized third-party service provider (Google AdMob). All collected data is processed in accordance with Google’s official privacy rules and iOS system privacy specifications.
The automatically collected information includes but is not limited to:
Device Advertising Identifiers: iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for ad delivery and performance statistics
Approximate Location Data: General geographic region derived from user IP address (no precise real-time location)
App Usage Data: User interaction records with the App, game usage frequency, session duration, and interactive behaviors with in-app advertisements
Advertising Data: In-app ad impressions, ad clicks, ad display frequency, and advertising campaign performance data
Diagnostic & Technical Data: Google AdMob may collect limited diagnostic and technical data related to ad delivery, SDK performance, and error handling in accordance with Google’s privacy policies.
Device Basic Information: Device model, iOS system version, device language setting, region setting, and device operating environment information
We and our third-party service providers (Google AdMob) use the collected data strictly for the following legitimate purposes, and will not use user data for any unauthorized purposes:
Provide, maintain, and optimize the core functions and normal operation of the App
Deliver in-app advertisements and support targeted or contextual ad display
Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising effectiveness and conversion performance
Analyze user usage habits and App operation data to iterate and improve product experience
Detect, troubleshoot, and fix App crashes, bugs, and other technical failures
Ensure the security, stability, and reliability of the App operation
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and app store review rules
We confirm that we will not use sensitive user data (race, religion, health status, sexual orientation, etc.) for personalized advertising, nor will we generate personalized ads based on user cloud disk, email, and album content.
The App integrates third-party service tools to implement advertising and data statistics functions. These third-party platforms may collect and process user data independently, and their data processing behaviors are governed by their respective official privacy policies, not this policy.
The only third-party service currently integrated by the App is Google AdMob, which is used exclusively for in-app advertising display, ad personalized matching, and ad performance statistics.

Orbix displays third-party advertisements powered by Google AdMob. The App fully complies with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework requirements for iOS devices.
Before collecting the iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and enabling cross-app/website tracking, the App will actively pop up the official iOS ATT authorization prompt. You have the right to allow or deny cross-device tracking and ad personalized authorization completely voluntarily.
Users can independently manage advertising and tracking permissions through iOS device settings at any time:
Tracking Permission Management: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable tracking permission for Orbix
Apple Advertising Settings: Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > Disable personalized ads
Reset Advertising Identifier: Users can reset the device IDFA in iOS system settings to clear historical tracking tags
Important Note: If you deny tracking permission or disable personalized ads, the App will still display basic non-personalized contextual advertisements, but the ads you see will be less relevant to your interests, and this will not affect your normal use of the App’s core game functions.
Orbix is a general-audience casual game, not designed or targeted at users under the age of 13. We strictly abide by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and relevant global child privacy protection regulations.
We do not knowingly collect, store or process any personal information of children under 13 years old. If you are a parent or legal guardian and confirm that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately. We will take effective measures to permanently delete the relevant data within a reasonable time.
We strictly do not sell, rent or trade any user data to third parties for commercial purposes.
We only share user data with authorized third-party service providers (Google AdMob) when necessary for the normal operation of the App, ad delivery and data analysis. Third-party service providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, terms of service, and applicable legal requirements.
We may disclose user data only in the following mandatory scenarios: (1) Comply with national laws, judicial procedures and government mandatory requirements; (2) Protect the legitimate rights and interests of us, users and the public; (3) Deal with fraud, security risks and illegal and improper behaviors.
Since the App does not support user account registration, we do not actively store any user personal information on our own servers.
Data collected by Google AdMob is retained, processed, deleted, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with Google’s own data retention policies.
We will retain limited operation and crash log data only for troubleshooting and service optimization, and delete the data after completing technical processing.
We adopt industry-standard technical and management measures to protect user data security, including data transmission encryption, server access restriction, authority management and confidential supervision, to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering and loss of user data.
However, no network transmission or electronic storage technology is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission and storage, and will continue to optimize security protection measures to reduce data security risks.
You have full independent control over your personal data and device privacy rights, and can manage data collection and advertising behaviors through the following methods:
Enable or disable App cross-tracking permission via iOS ATT settings
Turn off system personalized advertising functions or reset the device advertising identifier
Clear App cache and local data through device settings
Uninstall and delete the App to terminate all local data collection
Our third-party service providers (Google) have servers located in multiple countries and regions around the world. Your device and usage data may be transmitted to and processed in overseas regions with different data protection laws.
By using the App, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries or regions outside your country or region of residence, where data protection laws may differ. We rely on our third-party service providers to apply appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable data protection requirements.
We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy irregularly to adapt to service upgrades, technical adjustments and legal requirement changes.
After the policy is updated, we will modify the Effective Date at the top of the page. The updated policy will take effect immediately after publication. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
For major privacy policy changes that affect user rights, we will notify you through in-app prompts or other reasonable methods.
