The Bilateral Ministries Forum is a high-level diplomatic and strategic simulation between the United States and the People’s Republic of China.Each nation is represented by key decision-makers across defence, foreign policy, and space leadership. The committee will address:The future of the International Space Station and post-2030 orbital infrastructure, Artemis vs ILRS lunar strategy competition, Military dual-use satellite technologies, Anti-satellite capabilities and deterrence doctrine, Cislunar resource governance and space traffic management
Internal coordination within each national delegation is critical. Defence priorities, diplomatic objectives, and scientific ambitions may conflict. External negotiation will shape the balance of power in orbit.
All actions must be strategically sound, technically feasible, and geopolitically realistic.
