Welcome to Orbit Client App ("the App"), an HR Management application developed and operated by Nku Technologies, located at Zaman Park, Lahore, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Orbit Client App.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

• Employee ID and department information
• Login credentials (email and password — passwords are stored in encrypted form)
• Leave application details (leave type, start date, end date, reason)
The App collects and processes the following employment-related data to support HR management functions:
• Daily attendance records (check-in and check-out times)
• Working hours per day and monthly summaries
• Number of working days and absent days
• Leave history and leave balances
• Leave approval status (approved/rejected by leads or HR)
We may automatically collect certain technical information when you use the App, including:
• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App version and crash/error logs for debugging and performance improvement
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
• To authenticate users and provide secure access to the App
• To manage and process employee leave applications
• To enable HR and team leads to review and approve or reject leave requests
• To display monthly attendance records, working hours, and absence history to employees
• To generate HR reports and analytics for internal management purposes
• To maintain audit trails and records as required by organizational policy
• To send notifications related to leave application status and attendance updates
• To ensure technical functionality, security, and improvement of the App
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, your information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:
Your attendance and leave data is accessible within your organization as follows:
• Your direct team leads can view your leave requests and attendance to process approvals
• HR personnel have access to all employee attendance, leave, and working hour records for management purposes
• Employees can only view their own personal attendance and leave data
We may engage trusted third-party service providers to assist in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, database services). These providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your data and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or in response to a valid government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nku Technologies, its users, or the public.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Role-based access controls to ensure employees only access data relevant to their role

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: You may request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements
