Orbital Harmony, kullanıcı gizliliğine önem verir. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Orbital Harmony’nin mevcut iOS sürümünde verilerin nasıl işlendiğini açıklamaktadır.

1. OYUN VERİLERİ

Orbital Harmony; en yüksek skor, oyun içi para, açılmış ve seçilmiş görünümler (skinler), oyun istatistikleri, müzik ve ses ayarları, titreşim tercihi, dil seçimi ve öğretici/rehber durumu gibi oyun verilerini kullanıcının cihazında yerel olarak saklayabilir.

Bu bilgiler yalnızca oyun ilerlemesini ve kullanıcı tercihlerini korumak amacıyla kullanılır.

Bu oyun verileri Orbital Harmony geliştiricisinin sunucularına gönderilmez.

2. KİŞİSEL BİLGİLER

Orbital Harmony, oyunu kullanabilmek için kullanıcılardan ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, açık adres, konum, fotoğraf veya benzeri kişisel bilgileri girmelerini istemez.

3. REKLAMLAR

Orbital Harmony’nin mevcut iOS sürümünde reklam gösterilmemektedir.

Mevcut iOS sürümünde AdMob, Yandex Mobile Ads veya başka bir üçüncü taraf reklam SDK’sı aktif değildir.

Uygulama IDFA veya başka bir reklam tanımlayıcısını reklam amacıyla kullanmaz ve kullanıcıları reklam amacıyla takip etmez.

4. UYGULAMA İÇİ SATIN ALMALAR

Orbital Harmony’nin mevcut iOS sürümünde kullanıcıya sunulan aktif bir uygulama içi satın alma özelliği bulunmamaktadır.

Gelecekte uygulama içi satın alma özellikleri eklenmesi halinde bu Gizlilik Politikası gerekli şekilde güncellenecektir.

5. ANALİTİK VE HATA RAPORLAMA

Orbital Harmony’nin mevcut iOS sürümünde üçüncü taraf analitik veya crash reporting hizmeti kullanılmamaktadır.

Oyun kullanım verileri geliştirici tarafından işletilen bir sunucuya gönderilmez.

6. TAKİP

Orbital Harmony, kullanıcıları diğer uygulamalar veya web siteleri arasında takip etmez.

Mevcut iOS sürümünde Apple App Tracking Transparency izni istenmez ve IDFA kullanılmaz.

7. ÇOCUKLARIN GİZLİLİĞİ

Orbital Harmony, çocuklardan veya diğer kullanıcılardan ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası veya benzeri kişisel bilgileri doğrudan sağlamalarını istemez.

Orbital Harmony geliştiricisi uygulama aracılığıyla bilerek çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamaz.

8. VERİ GÜVENLİĞİ

Yerel oyun verileri, iOS işletim sistemi tarafından sağlanan uygulama depolama mekanizmaları kullanılarak kullanıcının cihazında saklanır.

9. GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASINDAKİ DEĞİŞİKLİKLER

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamanın özellikleri, kullanılan hizmetler veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde güncellenebilir.

Politikanın güncel sürümü bu sayfada yayımlanacaktır.

Orbital Harmony respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in the current iOS version of Orbital Harmony.

1. GAME DATA

Orbital Harmony may locally store game-related information on the user's device, including best score, in-game currency, unlocked and selected skins, gameplay statistics, music and sound settings, vibration preferences, language selection, and tutorial status.

This information is used solely to preserve game progress and user preferences.

This gameplay information is not transmitted to servers operated by the developer of Orbital Harmony.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Orbital Harmony does not require users to provide personal information such as their name, email address, telephone number, physical address, location, photos, or similar personal information in order to play the game.

3. ADVERTISING

The current iOS version of Orbital Harmony does not display advertisements.

No AdMob, Yandex Mobile Ads, or other third-party advertising SDK is currently active in the iOS version of the application.

The application does not use IDFA or other advertising identifiers for advertising purposes and does not track users for advertising purposes.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

The current iOS version of Orbital Harmony does not provide users with an active in-app purchase feature.

If in-app purchase functionality is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

5. ANALYTICS AND CRASH REPORTING

The current iOS version of Orbital Harmony does not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting services.

Gameplay data is not transmitted to a server operated by the developer.

6. TRACKING

Orbital Harmony does not track users across other applications or websites.

The current iOS version does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use IDFA.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Orbital Harmony does not require children or other users to directly provide names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or similar personal information.

The developer of Orbital Harmony does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the application.

8. DATA SECURITY

Locally stored gameplay information is kept on the user's device using application storage mechanisms provided by iOS.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated when application functionality, services used by the application, or legal requirements change.
