This policy covers Orbit on iPhone and iPad and our support correspondence. The optional Meta measurement described below applies to version 1.0.2 and later.
No account is required. Scores, preferences, game counts and active-play ad timers stay on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your scores or progress. Offline gameplay is available.
The free version uses Google AdMob for ads between games. Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. We request non-personalized ads. With your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, Google may use the advertising identifier for advertising measurement across apps and websites. If you decline, the advertising identifier is unavailable and you can continue playing with contextual ads. Non-personalized ads can still process data for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention.
Before advertising starts, Orbit requests tracking permission through the iOS system prompt when a choice has not already been made and system settings permit the request. You can decline without losing access to gameplay. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where required, a separate consent message provides regional advertising privacy choices. Available choices can be revisited in Settings > Ad Privacy Choices. Remove Ads is an optional one-time purchase that stops in-game advertisements and new ad requests. Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account to recover it.
Starting with version 1.0.2, Apple's SKAdNetwork can provide delayed, privacy-preserving install attribution without identifying individual players. Separately, adults may opt in to help measure Orbit's Facebook and Instagram ads. Only after you agree in Orbit, confirm that you are 18 or older, and allow iOS tracking does Orbit start Meta App Events.
Meta may receive app installation and activation events, session duration, app and device information, an SDK-generated identifier, IP address and the advertising identifier. Meta may combine this information with information from other apps and websites to measure and improve advertising. Orbit does not send your scores, gameplay actions, email or purchase records to Meta.
Meta measurement is off until you opt in. You can decline and continue playing normally, including after purchasing Remove Ads. Change your choice in Settings > Ad Measurement. Turning it off stops new Orbit-triggered Meta measurement events and disables advertising-identifier collection. Requests already started may complete. Until Orbit is fully closed, Meta's SDK may continue exchanging configuration and technical status data, including tracking-permission status, basic app/device information and your IP address. It stays inactive on subsequent launches while measurement is off. Previously shared information remains subject to Meta's policies. You can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Apple's privacy-preserving install attribution does not require this tracking permission.
Apple processes payments. Orbit verifies purchase records to unlock Remove Ads. We do not receive your payment card details.
Deleting Orbit removes local app data; a device backup may restore it. Apple purchase records and data processed by Google or Meta follow their respective retention policies. Removing the app does not delete those provider records. Contact the relevant provider to exercise your rights over data it holds.
Email messages are used to answer support requests. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence. Orbit is a general-audience game, not a service designed specifically for children. Optional Meta measurement is offered only to players who confirm they are 18 or older. Please do not send sensitive information.
