Orbit Media Solutions provides this application as a tool for clients to view products and services and for authorized administrators to manage content. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure user experience.
2. Information Collection and Use
We collect limited personal information to provide and improve the Service:
Administrative Accounts: We collect Email addresses and Display Names through Firebase Authentication. This data is used exclusively to identify authorized administrators and allow access to restricted management features.
Guest Users: General users may access the app without a login. No personal identification is required for guest browsing.
3. Permissions and Hardware Access
Our app requests specific permissions to function correctly. We only access these features when you explicitly trigger them:
Camera: Used for capturing profile pictures.
Microphone/Audio: Requested as part of the media capture suite for video functionality.
Photos/Media Library: Used to allow administrators to select and upload existing images from their device.
4. Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play requirements, we provide a clear path for data removal:
In-App Deletion: Logged-in administrators can permanently delete their account and all associated data by navigating to Profile > Delete Account.
Manual Request: If you are facing any issue, you may request account deletion by contacting our support team at info@theorbit.one

We use Firebase (Google) to facilitate our services:
Authentication: To manage secure logins.
Cloud Storage: To store service images and media uploaded by admins.
