This policy applies to the Orbit Drop Android app (com.ivan.orbitdrop) and describes how data is used to save progress, display advertising and provide online leaderboards. Developer contact for privacy questions: ivanyanch95@gmail.com.
Stars, unlocked and selected ships and fuel options, records, daily route results and settings, including music volume, sound effects volume and vibration, are stored on your device. This information is needed to continue playing. You do not need to register a separate account with the developer.
Your age is not requested for ordinary gameplay. An age group is requested only when you voluntarily connect to online leaderboards. Your selection is stored on your device; your exact date of birth is not requested.
Orbit Drop uses Google AdMob. You may voluntarily watch an ad to receive 10 stars in the hangar or double your flight reward, including the landing bonus. The reward is granted after confirmation from the advertising service. Watching ads is not required for ordinary gameplay.
Child-directed restrictions, non-personalized advertising and a maximum ad content rating of G are applied to ad requests for all players. Confirming adult status for online leaderboards does not change these settings. The publisher first-party ID is disabled in the advertising SDK; child-directed treatment of requests prevents transmission of the Android advertising ID.
Non-personalized advertising still requires technical data processing. Google may receive your IP address, information about your device and app, app and ad interactions, diagnostics and identifiers permitted under the selected restrictions. This information is used to display and measure ads, operate services and prevent fraud. An IP address may be used to determine approximate location. The game does not request precise GPS location for gameplay.
Before loading ads, the app checks whether ad requests are permitted through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), applying under-age-of-consent settings to the entire audience. If the service requires access to privacy choices, an “Ad settings” button appears in the game settings. You can continue playing when advertising is unavailable.
For information about Google's data processing, see the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure. The SDK's general data list may be broader than the data permitted by the child-directed restrictions selected in Orbit Drop.
Connection is voluntary through the “Connect online leaderboards” button. You are first asked to select an age group. In the current version, connection is available only after selecting “18 years or older”. Local records, ordinary gameplay and advertising rewards remain available to other players and to those who choose not to state their age.
After connection, Google Play Games processes your gaming profile ID, player name and results: scores, completion times and daily route dates. Your name, ranking and result may appear in public leaderboards. On subsequent launches, the game may restore a previously authorized connection. Google's processing of this data is governed by its privacy policy.
The game is intended for an audience aged 7 and older, including children. Child-directed advertising restrictions apply to all players without determining their age at startup. The game does not require account creation, provide chat or request an exact date of birth. A parent or legal guardian may contact the developer at the email address provided with questions about a child's data or to request deletion of data held by the developer.
Local progress and settings are retained until you clear the app's data or uninstall it, subject to Android backup and restore settings. To delete local data, open Android settings → Apps → Orbit Drop → Storage → Clear data. This deletes stars, unlocks, settings and local records.
Clearing game data does not automatically delete information already sent to Google. You can manage Google Play Games data using Google's controls: how to delete Play Games data or your profile. Retention periods and deletion methods for Google's advertising and other services are described in Google's privacy policy and help resources.
If you contact the developer, your email address and message are used to respond and resolve your request. Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information. For access, correction or deletion requests concerning data held by the developer, email ivanyanch95@gmail.com.
When you use advertising or online leaderboards, data is transferred to the relevant Google services. Google may process it on servers in different countries in accordance with its privacy policy. According to Google Mobile Ads SDK documentation, its network transmissions are protected using TLS. No method of storage or transmission guarantees absolute security.
This page will be updated when app features or data processing change. The current update date appears at the beginning of this policy.
