This Privacy Policy applies to the Orbit Care Cleaner Android application (package name: com.orbitcare.mobile.cleaner, the “App”). The App is provided by the developer identified on its Google Play listing.
This Policy explains what information the App accesses, why it needs certain permissions, and how you can manage your permissions and local data. For questions, contact stiwul58@gmail.com.
1. How information is handled
File scanning, media organization, and device-status checks take place primarily on your device. The current version does not upload scanned files, photos, videos, installed app lists, or notification content to developer-operated servers.
The App does not require an account, include advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs, or sell your personal information.
2. Permissions and information used
You may deny or revoke permissions at any time. Features that depend on a permission may not work without it.

Purpose
File access
Scans shared storage for junk and large files; displays file names, locations, types, sizes, and modification times; and performs file actions you choose. Android continues to protect other apps’ private directories.
Photos and videos
Finds, previews, and organizes media you authorize the App to access. Information may include media content, file names, sizes, dimensions, modification times, and video duration.
Notification Access
After you enable it, groups notifications by app and dismisses notifications you select that Android allows the App to dismiss. Notifications provided by the system may include titles, text, or sender information.
Installed app information
Displays app names, package names, icons, and accessible installation-package sizes that Android allows the App to see. When you choose, it opens Android’s uninstall flow. The App does not access other apps’ private data or app usage history.
Device status
Reads device model, Android version, storage, memory, and battery status to display device information.
Internet access
Loads webpages such as this Privacy Policy. When you open a webpage, the website and its hosting service may receive standard connection information, such as your IP address and access time.
Notification Access
Notification Access is enabled separately in Android settings. When enabled, Android may provide notification updates to the App’s notification service even while the App’s interface is closed. The App primarily uses notification sources, counts, and dismissibility to display cleanup options.
Notification information may be temporarily held in the App process’s memory. It is not uploaded to developer-operated servers. You can turn off Notification Access in system settings to prevent further access to notifications.
Photo compression
If you use photo compression, the App reads and processes the photos you select locally on your device. Successfully compressed files are saved in the OrbitCareCompressed folder in shared picture storage. Compression may delete the original file. Back up important photos before proceeding.
JPEG photos may contain metadata such as capture time, device model, or GPS coordinates. During compression, the App may preserve some of this information in the compressed file. The App does not request device location permission or use embedded photo locations to track you.
3. Local storage and retention
The App stores settings, onboarding status, and maintenance summaries on your device. History may include the operation type, time, item counts, failed counts, and storage freed. The current version keeps up to the latest 100 records. It does not use the history to store original files, photos, videos, or notification text.
Temporary scan results and notification information are held primarily in the App process’s memory. They may be released when caches are updated, the process ends, or related sessions are cleared. Closing the App’s interface does not necessarily stop the process or notification service immediately.
Depending on your system settings, Android may back up or transfer some App settings and maintenance history. These backups are managed by Android, Google, or your device manufacturer. We cannot directly access or delete system backups in your account. You can manage them in system settings or the relevant service.
Clearing App data or uninstalling the App generally removes app-specific data. It does not automatically delete photos, compressed files, or other files in shared storage. You can manage those files through your gallery or file manager.
4. Email feedback and third-party services
If you choose to use email feedback, the App opens your selected email application and may prefill the App name, version, and package name. We receive your email address, message, and any attachments you add only after you send the email. We use the message to respond, provide support, or handle privacy requests. The App does not automatically attach scan results or local files.
The current support email is stiwul58@gmail.com. Your chosen email provider and the recipient’s email service process the message under their respective privacy policies. Information related to webpages or Google Play services is handled by those services under their own policies.
We do not sell personal information. We do not provide scan information read locally from your device to third parties, except as needed to provide a service you request, respond to your inquiry, or comply with the law.
5. Your choices
You can manage or revoke file, media, and notification permissions in Android settings. You can also clear the App’s stored data or uninstall the App.
If you have sent us an email, you can contact stiwul58@gmail.com with questions or a request to delete the related correspondence. The App does not provide user accounts, so there is no App account-deletion process. We cannot remotely access or delete files stored only on your device.
6. Children’s privacy
The App is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the App’s feedback channel. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at stiwul58@gmail.com.
7. Changes and contact
If the App’s features or data practices change, we will update this Policy and its “Last updated” date. We may communicate material changes through an in-app notice or other appropriate means.
