Orbit Bloom プライバシーポリシー

Orbit Bloom Support Team（以下「当方」といいます）は、ゲームアプリ「Orbit Bloom」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報および関連する情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 本アプリについて

Orbit Bloomは、ストーリーモード、エンドレスモード、Game Centerランキング、広告機能などを提供するゲームアプリです。

本アプリの基本的なゲームプレイにおいて、当方がユーザーに氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の個人情報の登録を求めることはありません。

2. 広告について

本アプリでは、広告配信のために Google AdMob（Google Mobile Ads SDK） を利用しています。

本アプリでは、以下の広告が表示される場合があります。

広告配信、広告効果の測定、不正利用の防止、サービス改善等の目的で、GoogleまたはGoogleの広告サービスにより、端末情報、IPアドレス、広告識別子、広告との操作情報、診断情報、おおよその位置情報その他の情報が取得または処理される場合があります。

3. Game Centerについて

本アプリでは、ランキング機能等を提供するためにAppleの Game Center を利用しています。

Game Centerに関連するユーザー名、スコア、ランキング情報その他の情報は、Appleが提供するGame Centerの仕組みに従って処理されます。

当方は、Game Centerの認証情報やApple Accountのパスワードを取得することはありません。

4. サポートへのお問い合わせ

本アプリ内では、通常のゲーム利用に際してメールアドレス等の個人情報を直接収集しません。

ただし、ユーザーがサポート窓口へメール等でお問い合わせいただいた場合、返信および問題解決のために、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容、ユーザーが任意で提供した情報を受け取る場合があります。

これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの対応に必要な範囲でのみ利用します。

5. データの第三者提供

当方が取得した個人情報を、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく第三者へ販売することはありません。

ただし、本アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲で、Google AdMobやApple Game Centerなどの第三者サービスが、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を処理する場合があります。

6. 広告に関する選択肢

ユーザーの地域や端末設定等に応じて、広告に関する同意画面やプライバシー設定が表示される場合があります。

また、iOSのプライバシー設定等を通じて、利用可能な範囲で広告関連の設定を変更できる場合があります。

当方は、本アプリの運営に関連して取り扱う情報について、適切な安全管理に努めます。

ただし、インターネット上の通信または電子的な保存方法について、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

We do not obtain your Apple Account password or Game Center authentication credentials.

4. Support Communications

We do not directly collect personal information such as an email address during normal gameplay.

However, if you voluntarily contact Orbit Bloom Support by email or another support method, we may receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to provide.
