A Letter from Oracle Athletic Boosters President:

Dear Oracle Athletic Boosters,

As we look ahead to the new school / athletic year 2024-25, I’d like to thank you all for your generous contributions to the Oracle Athletic Boosters. Without the generous contributions from you, student – athletes may not receive the equipment necessary to train and compete. I’m excited about the future for the athletic teams and the progress that has been made at DCSC.

The Oracle Athletic Boosters was created to promote athletic programs, increase community interest, recognize the endeavors and achievements of teams and individual athletes, and to assist the athletic department, coaches and administrative staff.

Fundraising efforts enable the club to fund scholarships to graduating seniors in athletics. The club also purchases items to enhance all athletic teams at DCHS/DCMS. This involvement consists of both volunteers and the financial support required to foster the development of our student athletes and to maintain a high quality athletic program.

In the last year, the Oracle Athletic Boosters  were able to honor four graduating seniors from the class of 2024 with scholarships in the amount of $250 each to aid them in their future educational / athletic endeavors. We were able to support the DCSC athletic department by purchasing equipment for the volleyball (uniforms), tennis (uniforms and net straps for both boys and girls), swim (swim parkas for the boys and girls), football (crash pad), baseball (new iPad for stats), and softball team (helmets). In addition, the boosters continue to maintain a spirit store to provide Oracle spirit wear at affordable prices. 

Parent memberships and involvement is the key to a successful athletic booster club. We would like the parents of every student athlete to become members. Please see any Oracle Athletic Booster Board Member to obtain details on joining the Oracle Athletic Boosters. Account balances are available upon request at the monthly meetings. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to supporting generations of Delphi Community High School student athletes.

Oracle Athletic Boosters

For many years, thanks to the loyal support of parents, businesses, and dedicated fans of the Delphi Community Schools’ athletic teams, the Oracle Athletic Boosters have played a key role in funding our outstanding athletic programs.

The donations of our booster organization have touched every sport in many ways. Over the years the boosters have provided uniforms, equipment, awards, and medical supplies to the student-athletes of our great community. We need your financial support to continue to fund projects to support our athletes. Some recent examples include:

• Various practice equipment for HS/MS Volleyball programs

• Weighted Slam balls for the Wrestling team

• Annual Scholarship Program gave out 4 scholarships to graduating seniors totaling $1,000.00

• Examining ways to assist the middle school with equipment to build programs from middle school to high school

• Sponsorships for Athletes when honored with an invitation to compete at Indiana All-Star events

• Helped the Athletic Department sponsor the O-Zone student section at sporting events by sponsoring the price of the student passes.
