Optics and Quantum Systems Lab.

Our group aims to develop advanced nanophotonic and quantum photonic systems using integrated devices such as optical metasurfaces and photonic integrated circuits (PICs). These platforms provide flexible and compact means to control light for emerging optical and quantum applications. We explore nanophotonic architectures and systems that enable multifunctional optical and quantum imaging, sensing, entangled photon generation, and manipulation. To enhance system performance and functionality, we apply computational approaches such as inverse design and AI-assisted calibration to realize stable and efficient photonic and quantum systems.
