A survey conducted by Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) found a significant growth of internet users from 2016 until 2020 with 11.8% increment. The statistics continue with 64% of online users doing online shopping, 87% online users who were browsing or watching videos online and 93% online users are using social media platform.

What does this means? It means that online content such as videos, games, apps, online systems, websites, web administrators, database administrators, network experts, and many other jobs related to IT will be increase!

What more? IT graduates does not need any professional certification to work especially in Government Sector related to IT services. Unlike other fields such as Accounting, Counseling, Medic, Islamic Studies which require students to get their professional certification before they can work as a certified practitioner. Professional certification means more money need to be spent to get the certification.
