Dr. Shirley Sims has 15+ years of overall leadership and management experience. 8+ years experience as a College Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Shirley is the President / CEO of Ops 360 Solutions and oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm.
She has a demonstrated history of working in post-secondary policies, processes, and procedures. Some highlights proved strategies to increase student enrollment and graduation. Knowledgeable in accreditation requirements and regulatory bodies, budgeting, academic program creation and modifications, digital technology, human resources, project management, distance learning, and hybrid learning integration.
Shirley is a long-time community strategist, entrepreneur, and trainer. She is skilled in creating community partnerships and fundraising for nonprofit organizations.
Dr. Shirley Sims holds an undergraduate degree in Criminology with a minor in political science from the University of South Florida, a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in governmental contracting and nonprofit management from Troy University and a Doctorate of Education and Innovation from St. Thomas University. Dr. Sims has been recognized for her devoted public service, philanthropy, and leadership.
