Rules

1)  NO “Off-roading”:

·        RV must be transported through valid paved roads.

·        Dirt roads, caliche, sand, mud, etc trails are not permitted.

2)  Absolutely NO “on the beach camping”

·        Sand can quickly cause a lot of corrosion and damage that isn’t covered by the insurance.

3)  NO pets on the furniture, including the bed.

·        We love animals and encourage pets on your visit, but pet hair is really difficult to remove and their tiny little nails will tear up the leather seats. Please keep the fur babies off the furniture and bed.

4)  Please DO NOT FLUSH TOILET PAPER or any other non-organic materials in the toilet.

·        Although, we provide septic tank sage toilet paper, it is really difficult to maintain a clean and flushed system if paper sticks to the sensors and walls of the black water tank.  

5)  Please do not take any of the items provided with the RV.

6)  Treat the RV with care:

·        Report anything that is not functioning or damaged right away.

·        We understand the whoopsies happen and we will try our  best to quickly remedy the situation.

7)  Cleaning supplies: If needed, located in the storage compartment under the RV are the cleaning supplies and equipment. We include a broom, spin-mop, cordless sharp vacuum, and miscellaneous cleaning supplies in the small crate.  You can also find extra towels and coffee supplies in the plastic bin.

8)  At the end of your trip, please place all of the used linens, towels, pillow cases and blankets on the shower floor.  Don’t worry about making the bed.  We wash everything between every use.
