개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하거나 전송받지 않습니다.
앱에 입력한 모든 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
팀 동기화는 같은 네트워크의 팀 기기끼리 직접 주고받으며, 인터넷이나 개발자 서버를 거치지 않습니다. 오가는 내용은 팀 열쇠로 암호화되어 팀 기기 말고는 개발자를 포함해 누구도 읽을 수 없습니다.
광고, 사용 통계 분석, 오류 수집 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
결제는 Google Play가 처리하며, 개발자는 결제 수단 정보를 받지 않습니다.
OPix(이하 “개발자”)는 재고 관리 앱 OPix Flow(이하 “앱”)를 이용하는 분의 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 알리기 위해 이 방침을 둡니다. 앱은 인터넷 없이도 동작하도록 만들어졌고, 이용자의 데이터를 개발자가 보관하지 않는 구조입니다.
개발자는 이름, 연락처, 계정, 위치, 기기 식별자 등 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원 가입이 없고, 개발자가 운영하는 서버로 데이터를 보내는 기능이 없습니다.
이용자가 앱에 직접 입력하거나 만든 정보는 앱의 저장 공간(기기 내부)에만 저장됩니다. 개발자는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.
재고 정보: 품목, 바코드, SKU, 수량, 보관 위치, 입출고 기록, 유통기한, 메모
사진: 이용자가 찍거나 고른 품목 사진
거래처 정보: 거래처 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 주소, 사업자등록번호, 담당자 이름 (이용자가 입력한 경우)
내 회사 정보: 발주서·거래명세서에 찍히는 상호, 사업자등록번호, 주소 등 (이용자가 입력한 경우)
작업자·기기 이름: 입출고 기록에 남는 작업자 이름, 팀 화면에 보이는 기기 이름
설정: 언어, 알림, SKU 규칙, 라벨 양식 등
거래처의 연락처처럼 다른 사람의 정보를 입력하는 경우, 그 정보의 관리 책임은 입력한 이용자에게 있습니다.
카메라: 바코드·QR 스캔, 품목 사진 촬영, 팀 합류용 QR 읽기. 촬영한 사진은 팀 동기화(제5조)로 팀 기기에 전달되는 경우 외에는 기기 밖으로 보내지 않습니다.
사진 선택: 이용자가 고른 사진만 품목 사진으로 복사합니다.
네트워크: 같은 Wi-Fi의 팀 기기 찾기와 동기화, Google Play 구독 확인
알림: 재고 부족·유통기한 알림. 기기 안에서 예약되고 기기 안에서 울립니다.
권한은 기기의 확인 창으로 요청하며, 거부해도 그 기능 외의 앱 사용에는 지장이 없습니다.
팀 기능을 켜면 같은 로컬 네트워크(Wi-Fi 등)에 있는 팀 기기끼리 재고 정보, 사진, 거래처 정보, 기기 이름, 작업자 이름을 직접 주고받습니다.
팀을 만든 기기의 QR을 스캔해 받은 팀 열쇠를 가진 기기만 연결됩니다. 같은 네트워크의 다른 기기는 팀 데이터에 접근할 수 없습니다.
주고받는 모든 내용(기기를 찾는 신호 포함)은 팀 열쇠로 종단 간 암호화됩니다(ChaCha20-Poly1305). 같은 네트워크에서 엿들어도 읽을 수 없고, 팀 열쇠가 없는 개발자도 읽을 수 없습니다.
팀 요금제의 사용 인원을 지키기 위해 팀 기기의 식별 번호, 기기 이름, 합류 시각이 팀 기기들 사이에 공유됩니다.
이 과정에서 데이터는 인터넷이나 개발자 서버를 거치지 않습니다.
유료 구독은 Google Play 결제로 이루어집니다. 카드 번호 등 결제 정보는 Google이 처리하며 개발자에게 전달되지 않습니다. 앱은 Google Play로부터 구독 상품과 구독 중인지 여부만 확인합니다. Google의 정보 처리에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
엑셀·CSV 내보내기, 백업 파일, 발주서·거래명세서·라벨 PDF는 기기 안에서 만들어집니다. 이 파일은 이용자가 공유 화면에서 고른 곳(메일, 메신저, 클라우드 등)으로만 전달되며, 그 이후에는 해당 서비스의 방침이 적용됩니다. 품목에 저장한 구매 링크를 누르면 기기의 브라우저로 그 웹사이트가 열립니다.
기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 앱에서 지우거나 앱을 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다.
앱을 삭제하거나 기기 설정에서 앱 데이터를 지우면 기기 안의 정보가 모두 삭제됩니다.
다른 팀 기기에 동기화된 정보와 이용자가 따로 저장한 백업 파일은 각 기기와 저장 위치에서 따로 지워야 합니다.
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 보관하지 않으므로 별도의 삭제 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 처리를 맡기지 않습니다. 결제는 제6조와 같이 Google Play가 처리합니다.
앱의 데이터는 다른 앱이 읽을 수 없는 앱 전용 저장 공간에 보관됩니다. 팀 동기화는 팀 열쇠를 확인한 기기끼리만 이루어지고, 오가는 내용은 모두 팀 열쇠로 암호화되며, 팀 열쇠 자체는 네트워크로 보내지 않습니다. 기기 분실에 대비해 화면 잠금을 쓰고 정기적으로 백업하시기를 권합니다.
앱은 사업장의 재고 관리를 위한 도구이며 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
이용자는 앱 안에서 자신의 정보를 언제든 확인, 수정, 삭제, 내보내기 할 수 있습니다. 이 방침에 관한 문의는 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요.

The developer runs no servers and does not collect or receive your personal information.
Everything you enter in the app is stored only on your device.
Team sync goes directly between your team’s devices on the same network. It never passes through the internet or the developer’s servers, and it is encrypted with your team key so only your team’s devices can read it.
The app has no ads, no usage analytics, and no crash reporting tools.
Payments are handled by Google Play. The developer never receives your payment details.
OPix (“we”) publishes this policy to explain how the inventory app OPix Flow (“the app”) handles your information. The app is built to work offline, and we do not hold your data.
We collect no personal information: no names, contact details, accounts, location, or device identifiers. The app has no sign-up and no feature that sends data to a server we operate.
What you enter or create in the app stays in the app’s private storage on your device. We cannot access it.
Inventory: Items, barcodes, SKUs, quantities, locations, stock history, expiry dates, notes
Photos: Item photos you take or choose
Partners: Partner name, phone, email, address, business registration number, contact person (if you enter them)
Your company: Business name, registration number, address, etc. printed on purchase orders and statements (if you enter them)
Worker and device names: The worker name recorded on stock moves and the device name shown on the team screen
Settings: Language, alerts, SKU rules, label templates, and similar
If you enter other people’s details, such as a partner’s phone number, you are responsible for handling that information.
Camera: Scanning barcodes and QR codes, taking item photos, reading the team join QR. Photos leave the device only when team sync sends them to your team devices (section 5).
Photo picker: Copies only the photos you choose as item photos.
Network: Finding and syncing with team devices on the same Wi-Fi, and checking your Google Play subscription
Notifications: Low-stock and expiry alerts, scheduled and shown on the device
Permissions are requested through the system prompt. If you decline one, the rest of the app still works.
When you use team features, devices on the same local network (such as Wi-Fi) exchange inventory, photos, partner details, device names, and worker names directly with each other.
Only devices holding the team key, received by scanning the QR code shown on a team device, can connect. Other devices on the same network cannot access team data.
Everything exchanged, including the signal devices use to find each other, is end-to-end encrypted with the team key (ChaCha20-Poly1305). Someone listening on the same network cannot read it, and neither can we, because we never have your team key.
To enforce the number of seats in a team plan, each team device’s ID, name, and join time are shared among the team’s devices.
None of this passes through the internet or our servers.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Google processes your payment details and does not share them with us. The app only checks with Google Play which subscription you have and whether it is active. Google’s handling is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Excel and CSV exports, backup files, and PDFs of purchase orders, statements, and labels are created on your device. They go only where you send them from the share screen (email, messaging, cloud storage, and so on), and that service’s policy applies from then on. Tapping a purchase link saved on an item opens that website in your browser.
Data on your device is kept until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app.
Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data in system settings, removes all of it from the device.
Copies synced to other team devices, and backup files you saved elsewhere, must be deleted on those devices or locations.
Because we hold none of your data, there is no separate deletion request process.
We do not share your information with third parties or have anyone process it on our behalf. Payments are handled by Google Play as described in section 6.
App data is kept in app-private storage that other apps cannot read. Team sync happens only between devices that prove they hold the team key, everything they exchange is encrypted with that key, and the key itself is never sent over the network. We recommend using a screen lock and making regular backups in case your device is lost.
The app is a business inventory tool and is not directed at children under 14.
You can view, edit, delete, and export your data in the app at any time. For questions about this policy, contact us below.

OPix（以下「当社」）は、在庫管理アプリ OPix Flow（以下「本アプリ」）がお客様の情報をどのように扱うかを説明するため、本ポリシーを公開します。本アプリはオフラインで動作するよう作られており、当社はお客様のデータを保有しません。
当社は個人情報を一切収集しません。氏名、連絡先、アカウント、位置情報、端末識別子も収集しません。本アプリには会員登録も、当社が運営するサーバーへデータを送る機能もありません。
本アプリで入力・作成した内容は、お客様の端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存され、当社はアクセスできません。
在庫：品目、バーコード、SKU、数量、保管場所、入出庫履歴、期限、メモ
写真：撮影または選択した品目の写真
取引先：取引先名、電話番号、メール、住所、登録番号、担当者（入力した場合）
自社情報：発注書・納品書に印字する会社名、登録番号、住所など（入力した場合）
担当者名・端末名：入出庫に記録される担当者名と、チーム画面に表示される端末名
設定：言語、通知、SKUルール、ラベル様式など
取引先の電話番号など他人の情報を入力する場合、その情報の取り扱いはお客様の責任となります。
カメラ：バーコード・QRコードの読み取り、品目写真の撮影、チーム参加QRの読み取り。写真が端末の外に出るのは、チーム同期でチームの端末に送られるときだけです（第5項）。
写真の選択：品目写真として選んだ写真だけをコピーします。
ネットワーク：同じWi-Fi上のチームの端末の検出と同期、Google Playの購読状況の確認
通知：在庫不足と期限の通知（端末内で予約・表示）
権限はシステムの確認画面で求めます。拒否しても、ほかの機能はそのまま使えます。
チーム機能を使うと、同じローカルネットワーク（Wi-Fiなど）上の端末どうしで、在庫、写真、取引先情報、端末名、担当者名を直接やり取りします。
接続できるのは、チームの端末に表示されるQRコードを読み取ってチームの鍵を受け取った端末だけです。同じネットワーク上のほかの端末はチームのデータにアクセスできません。
端末どうしが互いを見つけるための信号を含め、やり取りする内容はすべてチームの鍵でエンドツーエンド暗号化されます（ChaCha20-Poly1305）。同じネットワークで通信を傍受しても読み取れず、当社もチームの鍵を持たないため読み取れません。
チームプランの人数を守るため、各チーム端末のID、名前、参加時刻がチームの端末間で共有されます。
これらがインターネットや当社のサーバーを経由することはありません。
有料の購読はGoogle Playで請求されます。お支払い情報はGoogleが処理し、当社には共有されません。本アプリはGoogle Playに、どの購読が有効かだけを確認します。Googleによる取り扱いはGoogleプライバシーポリシーに従います。
ExcelやCSVの書き出し、バックアップファイル、発注書・納品書・ラベルのPDFは端末内で作成されます。共有画面から送った先（メール、メッセージ、クラウドストレージなど）にだけ届き、その後はそのサービスのポリシーが適用されます。品目に保存した購入先リンクを押すと、そのウェブサイトがブラウザで開きます。
端末内のデータは、アプリで削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。
アプリのアンインストール、またはシステム設定でのデータ消去により、端末からすべて削除されます。
ほかのチーム端末に同期されたコピーや、別の場所に保存したバックアップファイルは、それぞれの端末や保存先で削除してください。
当社はお客様のデータを保有しないため、別途の削除請求の手続きはありません。
当社はお客様の情報を第三者に提供したり、処理を委託したりしません。お支払いは第6項のとおりGoogle Playが処理します。
アプリのデータは、ほかのアプリが読み取れないアプリ専用領域に保存されます。チーム同期はチームの鍵を持つことを証明した端末どうしでのみ行われ、やり取りする内容はすべてその鍵で暗号化され、鍵そのものがネットワークで送られることはありません。端末の紛失に備え、画面ロックと定期的なバックアップをおすすめします。
本アプリは事業用の在庫管理ツールであり、14歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。
お客様はいつでも本アプリでデータを閲覧、編集、削除、書き出しできます。本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは下記までご連絡ください。
