Kan I huske under Balkan-krigen i 1990'erne, hvordan vi (NATO) måtte
*forhindre* fjenden i at *stjæle* nødhjælpsforsyningerne fra luften?
I stedet for 1 *STOR* pakke nødhjælp sendte vi 10.000 *små* pakker, så
civilbefolkningen fik fat i nogle, OGSÅ selvom fjenden fik fat mange
af pakkerne!
