We have won truly open bargaining, meaning you and your colleagues will be able to watch each bargaining session live on a Zoom webinar.

This year, you and your colleagues can show up to watch bargaining sessions, send suggestions to the team, and take action to win the contract you deserve.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS

CSU-AAUP and the CSCU System administration have held several interest-based bargaining sessions. In September, we'll hold our first formal negotiation session. Learn more here.

2026 Legislative session

The CSCU System is struggling after years of flat-funding and new federal policies that punish higher education. We need the state to support its public services, including higher education. But the so-called "fiscal guardrails" (more like roadblocks) are getting in the way. Learn more here.
