  • Open QB desktop first and select employees and get payroll updates

  • Now click to download the payroll update to get the latest update and click update

  • You will see a window after the completion of updates


2. Renaming QuickBooks CPS Folder


  • In C program files browse through the CPS folder

  • Now you will have to rename the CPS folder to CP SOLD then you need to try to update the QB payroll tax table


3. Turning Off User Account Control


  • Firstly, Select Windows + R keys together to open Run Command. Now write Control Panel in the Run window and enter to open.

  • Now, Select a User account and then open user accounts in the control panel

  • Firstly, open QB application then click on File tab then select Utility and then select rebuild data

  • Now a message for the backup will appear. Click ok to take back up

  • Save your backup company file on the system and select enter with ok to save it

  • Your rebuild has been completed. Now you need to verify the data to check the remaining damaged data

  • Then go to File and then utility and click verify data option
