QR/Barcode Scanning: When you use our camera to scan QR codes or barcodes, we process the camera feed in real-time to detect and decode codes.

No Photo Storage: No photos are captured or saved beyond the immediate scan operation.
2.2 Local Storage
Scan History: App content from successful scans (text, URLs, contact information, WiFi credentials, etc.) is saved locally in your device's Room database for your convenience.
Created QR Codes: QR codes you create using the app are stored locally in your device's Room database.
Local Encryption: All saved data is encrypted and stored exclusively on your device. We do not sync your data to any cloud service or third-party servers.
Your Data Belongs to You: You can delete individual entries from your history or clear all history through the app's interface at any time.
2.3 Ad Data
AdMob Integration: We use Google's AdMob SDK to display banner ads within the app.
No Personal Information for Ads: Ad targeting is based on general location and app usage patterns, not on personal identification or your specific scan content.
Ad Networks: Our ad providers (Google) may collect information about your use of our app for advertising purposes. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

No Third-Party APIs: We do not share your data with any third parties except as described below.
Minimal Permissions: We request only the permissions necessary for app functionality (camera, storage, system sounds).

Clear History: Use "Clear All" in the History screen to delete all scan records
Export Functionality: Future versions may allow exporting your data

AdMob provides limited ad control options through device settings. You can:
Opt out of personalized advertising in your Google Account settings
Control ad tracking in device settings
7. Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
As this is a local-first application with no cloud sync, your data remains within your device and is not transferred internationally beyond the scope of AdMob's global services.
