Schedule an Admissions Conversation
Set up a time to speak with our Director of Advancement, Rebecca Crawford by emailing her at rcrawford@summitmontessori.org. She'll schedule a time to learn more about your child, answer your questions, and help you envision their educational journey at Summit Montessori School.

Submit an Application
Applications to the school are submitted on our website with a non-refundable $50 fee. The deadline for external applicants is February 25, 2023, although rolling applications may be considered after the deadline. Applications for the 2023-2024 school year are now open.

Visit the School with your Child
After reviewing your application, you will be contacted to schedule an admissions visit on campus with the Director of Advancement and a classroom teacher for your child's level. During the Covid-pandemic these visits will be conducted after school or on the weekends with your child and one parent or guardian. You can anticipate a 30-45 minute visit depending on your child's age. While your child engages with Montessori materials under the guidance of a teacher, you will join the Director of Advancement for conversation and a tour of the playgrounds and outdoor facilities. Please note that all parties over the age of two will be expected to wear masks unless they are outdoors and keep social distance. Visiting families will be asked to complete a health screening questionnaire upon arrival.

Summit will make admissions decisions by March 10, 2023 and e-mail contracts to accepted students on that date. Contracts and non-refundable deposits are due back to Summit by March 25, 2023. (Students accepted after March 25 will have two weeks to return the contract and non-refundable deposit until May 1 after which time they will have one week to do so). Enrollment contracts become binding on May 1. Enrollment contracts offered to families after May 1 will become binding on the date it is signed and returned to the school.
