What this message is basically telling you is that customer service will be available to take your call during these business hours only. If you call outside these hours, you will probably be unable to reach any service agents.

Due to snow depth and conditions, limited terrain and lifts are available. While Summit Central is listed as open until 9:30pm Wed-Sat this week, only Holiday & Gallery are planned to be open for night skiing due to conditions. More night skiing terrain is available at Summit West, with slightly better coverage.
If conditions permit, we plan to open the Nordic Center this weekend with limited trails. Alpental and Summit East still need a lot more snow, but we plan to open them just as soon as there's enough! Think snow!!

Doing a quick search, some people have suggested that the term "opening hours" indicates the exact time that a business opens, whereas "open hours" indicates the periods of time that a business is open and ready to accept customers.
hi @ambroisedlg and thanks for the reply, just wondering but would that time allow me to set a simple function since the open and close hours are not connected ? so if i made something like search for business open hour= current date extract hour. i didnt try it yet so not sure if thats correct is that possible with the example you showed? sorry if i seam picky
White Sands National Park is open daily year-round except for December 25, Christmas Day. Hours of operation vary throughout the year. Below is the detailed listing of the park and visitor center opening and closing hours for the current year.
Due to missile testing on the adjacent White Sands Missile Range, it is occasionally necessary for visitor safety to close the road into the park for periods of up to three hours. U.S. Highway 70 between Alamogordo and Las Cruces is also closed during times of missile testing. Visitors on a tight schedule are encouraged to check the park closure web page the day before arrival to confirm hours of operation.
Shenandoah National Park is always open, however, portions of Skyline Drive, the only public road through the Park, are periodically closed during inclement weather. Visitors may still enter the Park on foot to hike even when Skyline Drive is closed. Subscribe to Shenandoah's alert system for the most timely updates. Alternatively, call the Park's recorded information line: (540) 999-3500 (option 1, then option 1) for the most current Skyline Drive status.
