While living in Japan, she worked as a food coordinator for major Japanese TV shopping channels and American TV shopping sites in the food department, where she was in charge of proposing food recipes, directing live broadcast programs, and coordinating magazine photo shoots. She also held cooking classes and developed new menus using cooking utensils with the theme of "Making people smile through food."

After moving to Singapore, she has been involved in the management, menu development, and operation of a Japanese restaurant, and is currently working with the motto, "Bridging Japan and the world through food."

日本在住時、フードコーディネーターとして大手日系TVショッピングチャンネルやアメリカTV通販サイトの食品部門にて食品の調理法提案や生放送番組の演出、雑誌撮影のトータルコーディネートを担当。また、料理教室の開催、調理器具を使用した新メニューの開発など、「食を通して人を笑顔にする」をテーマに活躍。

シンガポール移住後は、日本食レストランのマネージャーメント、メニュー開発、運営に携わり、「食を通して日本と海外の橋渡し役になる」をモットーに活動中。
