Background Location Tracking: Location data is collected continuously when you are online and available for deliveries, even when the app is running in the background or the screen is locked. This is essential for:
Allowing customers to track their orders in real-time
Providing accurate ETAs
Ensuring seamless navigation during active deliveries
Enabling emergency support if needed
Important: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings, but this will prevent you from receiving orders and completing deliveries.
To ensure safety and quality of service, we may:
Verify your identity using government-issued documents
Conduct background checks where legally permitted
Monitor driving behavior and compliance with safety standards
Share relevant safety information with customers
Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary
Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Delivery partners must be at least 18 years old (or the legal driving age in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such data collection, we will delete it immediately and terminate the account.
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
