These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of onyxfitlife.com (the "Site"), operated by InspireByDoing, doing business as OnyxFitLife ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Browsing the Site, reading its content, submitting a contact form, or booking a consultation call does not, by itself, create a personal training or coaching relationship with us. A coaching relationship begins only once you have signed a Personal Training Services Agreement and, where applicable, a Waiver and Release of Liability.
All content on this Site, including blog posts, articles, videos, social media content, and general information about training or nutrition, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, financial advice, or therapy, and it is not a substitute for personalized guidance from a licensed physician, registered dietitian, financial advisor, or licensed therapist/counselor.
You should not begin any exercise or nutrition approach based solely on Site content without considering your own health circumstances, and you should consult an appropriate licensed professional before making changes that may affect your health, finances, or mental wellbeing.
Any results, testimonials, or examples referenced on the Site are illustrative only and are not a guarantee of results for any visitor or prospective client. Actual coaching guarantees, if any, apply only to enrolled clients under the specific terms of their signed Personal Training Services Agreement.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, program names (such as the Onyx Masc Method and Guided Strength programs), images, and videos, is the property of InspireByDoing, unless otherwise noted, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to:
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Attempt to scrape, copy, or extract Site content through automated means;
Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, when contacting us through the Site.
The Site may reference or link to third-party services, including payment processors and financing providers (such as Cherry). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, InspireByDoing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. This limitation applies to Site use generally and does not replace or limit the specific Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability contained in the Waiver signed by enrolled clients, which separately governs risks associated with physical training.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
