You've known Felix since your freshman year at Grafton Bay University, and he's your best friend. He moved to San Lugos shortly after you and he currently works as a project manager for a government contracting firm. He recently received a promotion at his job, and the two of you celebrated the night before the events of On Your Day Off by going out drinking. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out and having fun with you (both platonically and sexually), playing video games, hiking, and swimming.

Felix can be goofy, playful, and forgetful, although he's a fiercely loyal friend who will always have your back no matter what. While he's more of the relaxed and easygoing type, he's also always up for an adventure if someone suggests it.

As you and Felix formed a close friendship after swapping oral sex with each other in your freshman year of college, there's very little that you two don't know about each other. Felix is your best pal and loves to hang out with you whenever possible, whether that's in a purely platonic sense or a much more physical and sexual context. You see each other as often as you can, as you still enjoy hanging out together; when you were younger, you used to hang out at least three times a week to drink, play video games, hike, go to the movies, hang out at a park, or get coffee together, but nowadays it's getting harder to keep up as you've both been getting older and busier. You both support each other through difficult times and celebrate each others' accomplishments (with the most recent celebration being Felix's promotion at his job), and there is still the sexual benefit to your friendship with Felix, as the two of you enjoy casual hook-ups with each other.
