Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service.
These are private/personal commissions meant for your personal use (wallpapers, pfps, etc)! Please don't use them for commercial purposes.

Payment
Please note I only accept payment through PayPal and Venmo as of right now! (Or cash too if you're an IRL). Please DO NOT write a note using the word "commission" as I will be using the friends and family feature ONLY.
I will only provide refunds if I have not started on the commission yet.
If you order a SKETCH or EMOTE from me, I will ask for payment upfront.
If you order a MONO or ILLUSTRATION from me, I will ask for half of the payment before starting and the other half after the sketch.

By purchasing a commission from me (the artist) you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.
TLDR? Don’t claim you drew the work and don’t sell it since this is a PERSONAL commission! I won’t sell it either nor claim it’s my character.
Please read the terms carefully:
I, Onyami (the artist):
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork (I own the piece itself).
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (I will not claim any of the ideas behind the art).
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
You (the customer/commissioner):
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels (no need to credit but it is preferred ><).
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP) (you own the ideas behind it).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
