Your manager and your buddy

Your manager sets your goals for the first 90 days and meets you once a week. Your buddy is a colleague from another team who has been here for a while: ask them the small questions, from where the printer is to how lunch works.

How to find anyone else

Search the directory in [chat tool] or [HR system]. Every profile shows the person's role, team and the best way to reach them. If you are not sure who owns something, ask the people team.
