Onur Yükçü
I am an economist specializing in economic history, trade, and migration.
I earned my Ph.D. from the Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M), where I currently serve as a lecturer.
Previously, I worked as a predoctoral researcher in the Social Sciences Department at UC3M and the Economics Department at Dokuz Eylul University. I also completed a three-month research stay at Humboldt University of Berlin under the supervision of Nikolaus Wolf, funded by a competitive research grant awarded by UC3M.
I am the coordinator of the Economic History Working Group at the Young Scholars Initiative.
