Emotrix is an educational application designed to help users understand their investment psychology and trading behavior through simulations and behavioral analysis. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

- Portfolio coin list (coin names and amounts only)

All of this data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. We do not have access to this data and it never leaves your device.

We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to improve the app experience:

- Crash reports (via Firebase Crashlytics)
This data is fully anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.

- Go to Settings > Reset All Data within the app
- Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored data

- CoinGecko API: for cryptocurrency price data (no personal data is sent)

3.2 Not a Trading Platform
Emotrix is not a trading platform, brokerage, or financial service. All trades within the app are simulated and use fictional scenarios. No real money is involved in any simulation.
3.3 Simulation Environment
All simulations use generated price patterns that may not represent real market conditions. Past performance in simulations does not predict future real-world results.
3.4 AI-Generated Content
AI-generated analyses within the app are behavioral observations only and should not be interpreted as financial guidance, psychological diagnosis, or professional advice.
3.5 Financial Risk
Cryptocurrency and financial markets involve substantial risk of loss. Real investment decisions are entirely the user's responsibility. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions influenced by this app.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Emotrix. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all data entered into the app
- You understand that portfolio tracking shows publicly available price data and does not constitute financial advice
- You will not use the app as a substitute for professional financial or psychological advice
6. Subscription (PRO)
6.1 PRO Features - Emotrix offers optional premium features through in-app subscription.
6.2 Billing - Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Payment is charged to your account upon purchase confirmation. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
6.3 Cancellation - You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
6.4 Free Trial - If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, simulations, algorithms, and analyses within Emotrix are the intellectual property of the developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Emotrix is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. We are not responsible for the accuracy of cryptocurrency price data provided by third-party APIs. We are not liable for any financial decisions made by users.
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of Emotrix is also governed by the Privacy Policy above. All user data is stored locally on your device.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
