The membership of the Ontario Guidance Leadership Association (OGLA) is comprised of educators who work as their school board's representative for Guidance, Pathways planning, Career Education, or Student Success. The aim is to provide an opportunity to network with other school board leaders across the province of Ontario and to liaise with the Ministry of Education and the Ontario School Counselor Association (OSCA).

The mandate of the OGLA is to promote and to provide a forum for the dissemination of the most current policy information, for the sharing of curriculum resources and to provide its members with professional development.
