ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Application: Onsen Overflow (Android package com.onsenoverflow.game)

Developer: Box of Frogs, Portugal

Contact: boxoffrogs.dev@gmail.com

HOW TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT IN THE APP

1. Sign in to the Onsen Overflow account.

2. Open Settings.

3. Select Delete account and cloud data.

4. Confirm both prompts.

The request is permanent and is completed by the account-deletion service after the second confirmation.

WHAT IS DELETED

Deleting the account removes:

- the Supabase Auth account, internal user identifier and login credential record;

- the username and optional country flag;

- submitted scores, aggregate statistics and leaderboard data;

- match, invitation and matchmaking records linked to the account;

- match-presence and match-event records linked to the account;

- online request counters linked to the account; and

- multiplayer outcome records linked to the account.

Box of Frogs does not intentionally retain a separate copy of these account-linked application records after deletion.

LOCAL DATA ON THE DEVICE

Cloud account deletion does not erase local data stored on the Android device. Local scores, progress, achievements, settings and saved-run data can be removed by clearing Onsen Overflow’s Android storage or uninstalling the game.

Guest-mode data is local-only and is not associated with a cloud account.
