A Meet and Greet must be scheduled before any first time service. This is to ensure we are both a great fit.
A Meet and Greet gives us a chance to meet your pet to ensure they are comfortable and are a great fit to our On Point Pet Care Pack! This is also the time we would review their care and location of supplies. This typically is 30min.

The best way to communicate is through text message or email. This allows us to adequately care for our furry friends and respond back at our earliest convenience to service requests.
Note: Services are based on availability. Its always best to request service as much in advanced as possible to ensure we have availability.

On Point Pet Care currently accepts Cash and Zelle payments at this time.
Payments are due at time of service and a 50% deposit is due for all Pet Sitting requets.
