Here is a version of the thesis - notice that the Section 4.4 contains an error: the spreading principle cannot be applied to construct a twisted relative theta divisor, since the starting point is not very general. The arguments in Section 4.5 hold true, but the statements are wrong because of the mistake before. See Lemma 6.2 in here for the right statement.
