Terms of Use – ONOA

1. Service Overview
ONOA is a mobile app for mental reprogramming, offering structured 21-day programs and emotional regulation tools (Mental Reset). It is published by Michael Belhatte, an independent developer based in France.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the ONOA app, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.
3. Access to the Service
Access to ONOA's basic features is available without creating an account. Certain features require creating an account via email address or Google authentication. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
4. Free Trial
ONOA offers a 3-day free trial giving access to all Premium features, including all programs and unlimited mental resets. Signing up for the trial requires registering a valid payment method. No charge is made during the 3-day trial period.
At the end of the trial period, the selected Premium subscription (monthly or annual) is automatically activated and the corresponding amount is charged, unless the user has cancelled the trial before it ends. Cancellation can be made at any time during the trial period, through the Google Play or App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the 3 days to avoid being charged.
The free trial is limited to one per user account and does not renew.
5. Subscription and Payment
ONOA offers paid subscriptions granting access to Premium features:
Monthly subscription, automatically renewed each month
Annual subscription, automatically renewed each year
Payments are processed through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchases depending on your device. The amount is charged at the time the purchase is confirmed. Automatic renewal can be turned off at any time from your Google Play or App Store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
ONOA does not store any payment information. Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat.
6. Refunds
Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are subject to the respective refund policies of Google and Apple. ONOA does not handle refunds directly — any request must be submitted to the relevant store.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided within ONOA — programs, texts, visualizations, mental resets, illustrations, and design — is the exclusive property of Michael Belhatte and is protected under intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ONOA solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to attempt to bypass payment or Premium access systems, to reproduce or distribute the app's content, or to use the app for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public decency.
9. Limitation of Liability
ONOA is a structured personal development tool. It does not constitute a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service in any way and does not replace professional mental health care. If you are experiencing psychological difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
ONOA cannot be held liable for decisions made by users based on the app's content, temporary service interruptions for maintenance, or data loss resulting from events beyond our control.
10. Suspension and Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the app's Profile page. ONOA reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
ONOA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be notified within the app or by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
