This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the user) and OnMind, governing the use of the OnMind application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this EULA.

1. License Grant: OnMind grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. Subscription Plans: The App offers subscription plans for accessing premium features. These plans include weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions. By subscribing to any of these plans, you gain access to unlimited usage of premium features during the subscription period.

3. Account Deletion: The App provides an option for users to delete their account and associated data. By using the account deletion feature in the user settings, you can permanently remove your account and all related information from the App.

4. Intellectual Property: The App, including all its content, features, and functionalities, is the intellectual property of OnMind. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty: The App is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied. OnMind does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or content provided by the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall OnMind be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if OnMind has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
