Welcome to OnlyUPSC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OnlyUPSC mobile application (the "Service") operated by Infidhi Ventures Private Limited Labs ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
OnlyUPSC is an educational platform designed to assist users in preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination. The Service includes:
Subject-Specific Quizzes: Practice modules for various UPSC Prelims subjects.
Bookmark & Retake: The ability to save specific questions and generate custom quizzes from bookmarked items.
Performance Analytics: A personal profile section providing statistics, score breakdowns, and subject-wise analysis.
2. User Responsibilities
Academic Integrity: The Service is intended for personal study and self-assessment. You agree to use the analytics and quiz tools for legitimate educational purposes.
Account Information: During onboarding, you are required to provide a name and email address. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information.
Lawful Use: You agree not to use the Service to distribute copyrighted study material without authorization or to attempt to scrape quiz data for external commercial use.
3. Data Privacy & Security
Minimal Data Collection: We only collect your name and email address for the purpose of onboarding and personalizing your profile.
Local Processing: We prioritize your privacy. While we use this information to display your statistics, we do not store your personal data on external servers for third-party sale.
User Analytics: Performance data (scores and subject strengths) is stored to provide you with insights into your exam readiness.
4. Intellectual Property
The app’s interface, question bank, design, code, and proprietary scoring algorithms remain the exclusive property of Infidhi Ventures Private Limited Labs. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor may you redistribute the quiz content without express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Accuracy of Content: While we strive for the highest accuracy in our UPSC-related content, Infidhi Ventures Private Limited Labs is not liable for errors in questions, answers, or explanations.
Exam Results: Use of this app does not guarantee success in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. We are not responsible for any academic or career outcomes.
Data Loss: We are not liable for the loss of bookmarks or performance statistics resulting from device failure, app updates, or accidental deletion.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may display advertisements via Google AdMob and utilize Firebase for technical analytics to improve app stability. By using the app, you acknowledge that these third-party services have their own terms of service which you may be subject to.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms or actions that compromise the integrity of the quiz platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
