All the cancellation requests should be done through PatelRath Cab Service by calling our helpline number or send an Email on Company's Email ID. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.

In case the booking is canceled 100% of the advance deposit will be deducted as a penalty.
If the client cancels the booking before 5 days of travel, then we will charge 50% Amount on Total Booking Amount
Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc PatelRath Cab Service is not held responsible
Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions', Price Grid, and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you effect the booking.
No refund or any changes will be accepted at the last minute for the tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
Carry Your Valid ID Proofs / Passport etc While Travel / Hotel Checkin Time. PatelRath Cab Service Not Responsible For Any Client ID Proof Related Issues.
