# Privacy Policy for Only Flats

Only Flats is a community chicken wing finder that helps users find, add, rate, review, report, and hide chicken wing spots. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how users can request deletion of data.

## Information We Collect

Only Flats may collect or store the following information:

- Anonymous app identifier created through Firebase Anonymous Authentication

- Public chicken wing spot submissions

- Ratings and community reviews

- Report submissions about incorrect, duplicate, spam, offensive, or unrelated listings

- Local app preferences, such as hidden spots and Community Guidelines acceptance

- Technical information processed by Firebase services as needed to operate the app

Only Flats does not require users to create a visible account, username, profile, email/password login, or social sign-in.

## How We Use Information

Only Flats uses information to:

- Operate the community Flat Finder

- Let users add public chicken wing spots

- Let users submit ratings and reviews

- Limit users to one review per public wing spot

- Load a user's previous review

- Let users report incorrect or inappropriate listings

- Let users hide spots from their own view

- Prevent spam, abuse, and duplicate community content

- Maintain app reliability and security

## Anonymous App Identifier

Only Flats uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create an anonymous app identifier. This identifier helps support core app features such as posting wing spots, submitting reviews, reporting content, hiding spots, and preventing abuse.

This anonymous identifier is not a visible user account. Users do not create usernames, passwords, profiles, or public account pages in this version of the app.

## User-Generated Content

Users may submit chicken wing spot information, ratings, reviews, reports, and related food or location notes. Public wing spot submissions and community reviews may be visible to other users.

Users should not submit private personal information, sensitive information, illegal content, abusive content, harassing content, adult content, spam, misleading content, or content unrelated to chicken wing spots.

## Community Guidelines and Moderation

Only Flats provides Community Guidelines before users submit public community content. By submitting content, users agree to keep submissions food-focused, accurate to the best of their knowledge, and respectful.

Only Flats provides in-app tools to report a spot and hide a spot from view. Reported content may be reviewed and removed where appropriate. Content that is abusive, illegal, harassing, adult, spam, misleading, unrelated to chicken wing spots, or otherwise inappropriate may be removed.

## Data Sharing

Only Flats does not sell user data.

Only Flats uses Firebase services provided by Google, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore, to operate anonymous sign-in and shared community data. Firebase may process technical information as needed to provide these services.

## Data Security

Only Flats uses Firebase services that transmit data securely. No method of electronic storage or transmission is perfect, but reasonable safeguards are used to protect app data.

## Data Retention

Only Flats stores public wing spots, reviews, reports, and related anonymous identifiers for as long as needed to operate the app, moderate content, prevent abuse, improve app quality, or comply with legal obligations.

Local preferences, such as hidden spots and Community Guidelines acceptance, may be stored on the user's device.

## Data Deletion Requests

Only Flats does not currently offer user-created accounts. Users may request deletion of content or data associated with their anonymous app identifier by contacting the developer using the contact method below.

Some data may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, moderation, or app integrity.

## Children's Privacy

Only Flats is not designed specifically for children. Users should not submit personal information about children or private personal information in public wing spot notes, reviews, or reports.

## Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Only Flats changes. Updated versions will include a new effective date.
