1. What is the cost of the service? 

Online Spanish Tutor costs $127 per month, with a free 48-hour trial available for new users.

2. You claim that your responses are in real-time. Is that the same thing as immediate or live responses? 

Real-time responses mean that all voice and text messages are responded to in the order in which they are received. Most responses come through in just a few minutes, and some even as soon as 60 seconds, depending on how many other requests are in the queue. Some responses might take a bit longer, but because the service is 24/7, users can be confident that they will generally have a very short response time. Users should also keep in mind that this service is available to Spanish students all across the globe, so real-time responses are the best option that allows us to maximize and serve the highest number of people possible.

3. Who can benefit from this service? 

Our service is ideal for high school and college students, as well as adult learners and travelers abroad needing real-time language assistance.

4. Is there a minimum contract of a number of months that one must sign up for in order to access the service? 

No, payment is on a month-by-month basis. Users may cancel their subscription to Online Spanish Tutor at any time. All new users receive a free 48-hour period to try out the service, after which time the first month's charge will be debited from their account.

5. What's the best way to use Online Spanish Tutor? 

Online Spanish Tutor is most helpful when it supplements other ways of learning. It's not recommended that Online Spanish Tutor be the only way a student is learning Spanish, but it can supplement other methods. For instance, if a student is taking a college class, that's their primary way of learning. Online Spanish Tutor can supplement that learning by filling in the gaps and helping them understand concepts. If someone is going abroad to a country where Spanish is spoken, Online Spanish Tutor can supplement that experience by helping them understand certain phrases, grammatical constructions, and things they encounter on the go, providing quick responses to enhance their travels.

6. Do the tutors conduct tutoring and respond to inquiries in languages other than English?

Right now, our tutors only conduct tutoring in English and, of course, Spanish. We may be able to assist students who submit their requests in other languages if they submit them in text form only and in proper grammar in the source language. Our tutors will attempt to use recent advances in translation technology to translate the incoming request in a language other than English, and the responses could potentially be translated back into the source language from English. Of course, there will always be some things lost in translation when using online translators, but this could be a way for someone who’s not an English speaker to use our service and get help with learning Spanish.
