Screencastify : (It is for Chrome browser )
A browser based tool that records your screen, face, voice, and more.
Find Screencastify, icon in the Chrome toolbar
Choose among the recording options:
Record a single tab in your web browser
Capture all screen activity
Use your webcam to record or insert a video of yourself.
Screencast-o-matic (SOM)
It allows you to capture your computer screen, incorporate sound and or self-video, and save it.
It needs to have a high quality monitor/computer screen to capture your video.
Together with Video Conferencing, Web Conferencing, Online Meetings, Screen Sharing and other applications, there are time limitations associated with the free versions.
But you can consider the free version for testing the waters, then upgrade to the paid versions.

A Free Cam provides a full set of features for creating professional video lessons and e-Learning presentations. It provides:
Selection of recording area : A teacher can make a recording of your entire screen, a selected area of the screen, or a single window.
