Refund Policy
Full class fees will be refunded to student, if a teacher of Tuition-Class.lk is not able to provide teaching or related services to that particular subject class within the class period time of one month.
Full Class fees will be refunded after deducting of banking and finance handling charges, if a student is not satisfied with the teacher. For this refund, student should inform Tuition-Class,lk after 1st class and but prior to the 2nd class with the particular teacher.
If a student is unable to attend to a class during the class time scheduled by a teacher, Class fees will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive your request for refund. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
