1st ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF SUPREME STUDENT LEARNER GOVERNMENT FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025
Introduction
The first quarter of the school year has been an eventful and productive period for the Supreme Student Learner Government (SSLG). Our leadership team, in partnership with the faculty, staff, and student body, has actively organized and participated in various events designed to promote school spirit, cultural appreciation, and community engagement. This report highlights the accomplishments and contributions of the SSLG during the first quarter, focusing on the following key events:

1. Brigada Eskwela (July 22-26, 2024)
The SSLG played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of Brigada Eskwela, the national volunteer program aimed at preparing our school facilities for the opening of classes. As the upcoming academic year approaches, the school to hand a collaboration for the annual Brigada Eskwela with the theme “Bayanihan Para Sa Matatag na Paaralan” a significant initiative to prepare our schools for the opening of classes. This program enjoins various stakeholders in the community to gather together to clean our schools and do minor repairs on classroom furniture’s and other facilities.
Key Accomplishments:
Mobilized a total of 43 SSLG members who participated in cleaning classrooms, repainting walls, and repairing damaged school facilities.
Coordinated with the administration for the areas for cleaning.
Landscaping and gardening activities enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the school grounds
Encouraged participation from students, teachers, and parents, achieving a significant turnout on the Brigada Eskwela day.
Organized a simple program to honor the volunteers and showcase the importance of community collaboration in maintaining a conducive learning environment.
Outcome:
The school premises were prepared in time for the school year, creating a safe and conducive welcoming environment for both students and teachers.
2. Students Orientation (August 7-9, 2024)
The Student Orientation is an annual event aimed at welcoming new students and reorienting returning students about the rules, policies, and activities in school in coordination of Prefect of Discipline and Guidance Office.
Key Accomplishments:
SSLG partnered with the office of Prefect of Discipline and Guidance in conducting the orientation for both new and returning students, covering school rules, the student code of conduct, and available student services.
Hosted a virtual and in-person session, with a record attendance of over more or less 4,000 students.
Introduced the SSLG officers and their roles, encouraging students to actively participate in school activities.
Included an interactive Q&A session to address students’ concerns and ensure a smooth transition for the incoming students.
Outcome:
The orientation was successful in informing students about important school policies and creating a sense of belonging and community at the start of the school year.
3. Clubbing (August 22, 2024)
The purpose of school clubbing is to offer students a holistic educational experience that goes beyond classroom learning. Through active participation in clubs, students are empowered to develop a wide range of skills, form lasting friendships, express their creativity, contribute to their school community, and explore potential future careers. School clubs play an essential role in shaping students into well-rounded, responsible, and engaged individuals.
The formation of these clubs was part of a strategic initiative to provide students with more opportunities for personal growth, extracurricular engagement, and social contribution. The SSLG coordinated with former different club coordinators and assisting in organizing club orientations, recruiting members, and ensuring that each club had the necessary resources and guidance to launch successfully.
Outcome:
The launch of the clubs resulted in several significant positive outcomes for the school community:
Increased Student Engagement and Participation
The formation of these clubs addressed the diverse interests and passions of students. By offering a wider variety of clubs, the school attracted students who might not have been involved in traditional school activities. The student body saw a notable increase in overall participation in extracurricular activities, with over 70% of students joining at least one club.
Fostering Holistic Student Development:
The creation of specialized clubs allowed students to pursue interests that were outside the standard academic curriculum. This focus on diverse developmental areas promoted the growth of students both inside and outside the classroom.
Empowerment Through Leadership and Responsibility
By encouraging students to take on leadership roles within the clubs, the SSLG helped develop critical life skills such as teamwork, time management, event planning, and decision-making. The newly established clubs had active student officers who organized meetings, facilitated events, and took ownership of their club’s activities. This fostered a sense of responsibility and leadership among club members.
Strengthened School Community and Spirit
The launch of new clubs helped create a more inclusive and vibrant school culture. Students from different grade levels and backgrounds came together to collaborate, share ideas, and participate in community-building activities.

4. Buwan ng Wika (August 2024)
The celebration of Buwan ng Wika was a significant event for showcasing Filipino culture and language. The SSLG assisted the planning and execution of various activities that highlighted national pride and cultural heritage.
Key Accomplishments:
Assisted the Filipino Department for a school activity and districtwide activity.
Posted in social media campaign to promote the event and engage the wider school community in appreciating Filipino heritage.
Participated the Division wide competition of “Bihis Bayani” last August 22, 2024.
Outcome:
The event successfully fostered a deeper appreciation for Filipino culture among students, helping them connect to their national identity.
5. National Heroes Day (August 31, 2024)
In honor of the Filipino heroes who fought for the country’s freedom, the SSLG coordinated with Araling Panlipunan department in the commemoration of National Heroes Day.
Key Accomplishments:
Coordinated with Araling Panlipunan Department in Trivia questions to students from Grade 7- Grade 12.
The SSLG organize a simple, yet meaningful initiative called “Chocos,” where we plan to hand out chocolates to individuals as tokens of appreciation as they recognize the contributions everyday heroes is important at any time
SSLG members recited historical facts and delivered short speeches to educate the students about heroism and patriotism.
Outcome:
The commemoration was well-received by students, with many reflecting on the values of sacrifice, service, and national pride.
6. Teachers’ Day Opening Program (September 6, 2024)
The opening program for Teachers’ Day was a heartfelt tribute organized by the SSLG to honor the hard work and dedication of our teachers.
Key Accomplishments:
SSLG planned and hosted a short program featuring performances by the students, such as songs and skits, dedicated to the teachers.
Prepared personalized appreciation cards and tokens of gratitude for each teacher.
Established a “Teacher of the Month” recognition program, and formally launched it during the event.
Coordinated with the administration to organize a special lunch for the teachers to show appreciation for their tireless efforts.
Outcome:
Teachers felt deeply appreciated and recognized, fostering positive relationships between students and faculty and enhancing the school’s community spirit.
7. Intramurals (September 6-7, 2024)
The much-awaited Intramural Sports Week was organized by the SSLG, focusing on promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and school spirit through sports and recreational activities.
Key Accomplishments:
SSLG successfully organized team sports such as basketball, volleyball, and badminton, with over 75% student participation.
The event included inter-class and inter-level competitions, fostering friendly rivalry and camaraderie among students.
Organized cheerleading and pep rally sessions to boost school spirit, with each grade level showcasing their creative cheers and dances.
Provided logistical support by managing schedules, ensuring fair play, and arranging for event officiators and referees.
Outcome:
The Intramurals was a huge success, with students displaying excellent sportsmanship and engagement. The event helped strengthen unity and school pride, as well as highlighted the importance of physical health.
Conclusion
The first quarter of the school year was filled with meaningful events that contributed to a positive school culture, student development, and community involvement. The SSLG worked tirelessly to support the administration in organizing activities that benefited both students and teachers alike. We look forward to continuing this momentum into the next quarter, striving to provide more opportunities for growth, leadership, and school spirit.
