Viraj, the owner of the business is such a lovely, genuine, and friendly guy. We are a family of 4 and rented a tuk-tuk from him for 24 hours. It was in immaculate condition and we had the best day out exploring the coastline from Mirissa to Dalawella Beach. He even organised to bring our luggage from the hotel and an onward taxi to Colombo at a fair price. Don’t hesitate to use him. Thanks, Viraj. We had a fabulous time!

An absolute must when in Mirissa!
I was skeptical at first, as the tuk-tuk takes some getting used to, but after my thorough driving lesson, I was free to go alone...
They're super fun to drive, and you get complete freedom to go wherever you decide.
Having the license done for me ensured that the correct details were obtained, and drop-off/pickup at the hotel was excellent. Overall, fantastic service, a great price, and a really enjoyable thing to do :)

We had an amazing experience renting a scooter during our trip to Sri Lanka. Despite not planning ahead, the team went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute request. The entire process was seamless, and their service was flawless from start to finish. It was a true pleasure working with them!

10/10 and could not speak more highly of the tuk-tuk, the owner, and his employees. Do yourself a favor and rent from him. He is easy to contact on WhatsApp, helps sort the license, offers the best price we found, and even dropped us off at our nearby accommodation after we dropped the tuk-tuk back. The owner is just a kind person who does good business!
P.s he also gave me a 20-minute lesson and let me drive around with him in the back to make sure I was comfortable driving.

1.Can I drop the tuk-tuk to a different location?
Certainly! Just inform us at least 2 days before your desired drop-off date, then our driver will come to your hotel to collect the tuk-tuk. Please be aware that location charges may apply.

Absolutely! One of our driving instructors will then drive the tuk-tuk with your license and the necessary documentation to your hotel in the specific pick-up location, where you will receive your driving instruction. Please be aware that location charges may apply.
3.Why do you have different prices for less than 4 days?
Our prices depend on the rental duration; the longer you book, the cheaper it gets. Short-term rentals incur a higher charge due to the relatively less attractive value proposition for our tuk-tuk owners. The elevated rates for brief rental periods are transferred to our tuk-tuk owners accordingly.
4. Do I need to pay in advance to secure my booking?
No. In line with our social business model, you can pay when you pick up your tuk-tuk from one of our excellent local providers or when you drop it off.
5. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! You can pay with our secure credit card methods (that can be easily done with prior notice).
6. I want to take the train between Kandy and Nuwara Eliya. Is this possible with my tuk-tuk?
Yes! We have a tuk-tuk driver who can drive your tuk-tuk in either direction between Kandy and Nuwara Eliya while you take the famous train trip. Get in touch with us when you book to arrange this.
