Currently, physical consultation is only applicable in the Klang Valley area. However, online consultation is available for everyone regardless of location.

After signing up and filling out a questionnaire, you will be connected with a nutritionist who will assess your health and nutrition goals, and work with you to create a personalized plan. You will have regular check-ins and follow-ups to track progress and adjust the plan as needed.

You will receive instructions from your nutritionist on how to prepare for your virtual consultation, but in general you should have a reliable internet connection, a quiet and private space for the call, and any relevant medical records or test results.

It depends on your individual needs and goals. Typically, clients meet with their nutritionist biweekly or every other week for a period of several months.
