ALILOU Karim ("we", "us", or "our") provides OniPath, an independent companion application designed to help users organize and track personal progress, collectibles, gear, combat practice, milestones, and related information.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use OniPath.
OniPath is designed to work primarily as a local, offline-first application.
Information you create or manage in the app, such as:
tracking and completion states;
personal notes;
combat mastery selections;
milestone progress;
favorites and preferences;
spoiler-protection preferences; and
other personal tracking information
is generally stored locally on your device.
OniPath does not currently require you to create an account, and we do not operate a backend server for storing this personal tracking information.
Deleting the app may result in the deletion of locally stored application data, subject to Apple's device, backup, and operating-system behavior.
OniPath may display advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).
Google and its advertising partners may process certain information in connection with providing, measuring, securing, and improving advertising services.
Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and applicable law, this information may include:
IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
device or app identifiers where permitted;
advertising data, such as information about advertisements displayed or interacted with;
product interaction information;
app performance information;
crash and diagnostic information; and
other technical information necessary to deliver and measure advertising.
The exact information processed may depend on Google's services, your privacy choices, device configuration, and applicable privacy requirements.
You can learn more about Google's privacy practices through Google's Privacy & Terms resources.
Where required, OniPath uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or manage privacy and advertising consent.
Depending on your region and eligibility, you may be presented with privacy choices regarding advertising and the processing of data by Google and its advertising partners.
Where applicable, OniPath may provide access to privacy choices so that you can review or modify eligible consent preferences.
The current version of OniPath does not intentionally request access to Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) through the App Tracking Transparency permission prompt.
OniPath does not currently display an App Tracking Transparency authorization request.
However, third-party advertising technologies may process data according to their own practices, your consent choices, device settings, and applicable law.
We review the privacy behavior of the advertising technologies included in the app and may update this Privacy Policy if our advertising configuration changes.
OniPath does not currently require or intentionally collect through its own application services:
your name;
email address;
phone number;
account credentials;
contacts;
precise GPS location;
photographs or photo library content;
camera recordings;
microphone recordings;
health information; or
financial information.
The app also does not currently provide its own user-account or cloud-sync system.
This does not exclude technical information that third-party advertising providers may process as described above.
OniPath does not currently use a separate first-party analytics service or Firebase Analytics.
However, Google Mobile Ads and related advertising technologies may process diagnostic, performance, interaction, and advertising information for purposes such as operating, securing, measuring, and improving their services.
OniPath may use third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform.
Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
We encourage you to review Google's privacy information to understand how Google processes data in connection with its services.
OniPath may contain links or references to external websites or informational sources.
When you leave OniPath and visit an external website, that website's privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of third-party websites.
Personal tracking information maintained directly by OniPath is generally stored locally on your device for as long as the app and its associated data remain available on that device.
Information processed by third-party providers is subject to their respective retention policies and legal obligations.
We take reasonable steps when designing OniPath to limit unnecessary collection and keep personal tracking functionality local where practical.
However, no electronic storage, software, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
OniPath is not specifically directed to children under the age at which parental consent is required under applicable law.
We do not knowingly operate a user-account system for collecting personal information from children.
Advertising availability and behavior may also depend on applicable laws, platform requirements, Google's policies, and the user's region.
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under applicable law.
Because OniPath's personal tracking information is primarily stored locally, much of that information can be managed directly through the application or by removing locally stored app data.
For information processed by third-party services, requests may also be subject to the privacy procedures of the applicable service provider.
You may contact us regarding privacy questions using the contact information below.
We may update this Privacy Policy when OniPath changes, when third-party services change, or when legal or platform requirements require an update.
When we make changes, we may revise the "Last Updated" date above.
