• Invoice information (invoice number, items, quantities, prices, tax details)
• Saved invoice items and billing details
This information is stored locally on your device using secure local storage.
How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used only to provide the core features of the App, including:
• Creating invoices
• Generating PDF invoices
• Managing clients
• Calculating taxes
• Displaying business reports
• Sharing invoices via email or messaging apps
InvoiceSnap does not use your data for advertising profiling.
Data Storage
All business data, client records, and invoices are stored locally on your device.
InvoiceSnap does not automatically upload your invoice data to external servers.
Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups if needed.
AI Features (Optional)
Some optional features may use third-party AI services to generate text suggestions such as payment reminders.
If enabled, limited text such as invoice description or reminder text may be sent to the AI provider to generate responses.
No financial data, GST numbers, or personal identifiers are intentionally transmitted unless required to generate the response.
Third-Party Services
InvoiceSnap may use third-party services for certain features, including:
• AI text generation services
• System share features for sending invoices
• File storage for PDF generation

Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, since data is stored locally on your device, security also depends on your device security settings.

InvoiceSnap is not intended for children under the age of 13.
